🧴 What is Mastodynon

• Mastodynon is a homeopathic / phytotherapeutic remedy from the company Bionorica.

• It’s used for women’s health, particularly for breast discomfort (mastalgia/mastodynia), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), breast swelling/tension, menstrual irregularities, and sometimes secondary infertility related to corpus luteum insufficiency. 

⚙️ What’s Inside (Composition)

Each tablet contains six homeopathic / herbal extracts:

• Agnus castus (Vitex)

• Caulophyllum thalictroides D4 

• Cyclamen europaeum D4 

• Ignatia (Strychnos ignatii) D6 

• Iris versicolor D2 

• Lilium tigrinum D3 

Plus excipients like lactose, starch, magnesium stearate.

📅 How to Take It (Dosage & Duration)

• Oral tablets: 1 tablet twice daily (morning & evening) with a small amount of liquid. 

• The therapy is long-term: take for at least 2-3 months, including during menstruation.

• Improvement is often noticed after about 6 weeks of regular use. 

⚠️ Contraindications & Side Effects

Do not use if:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

• Under 12 years old. 

• Have hypersensitivity to any ingredient. 

• In cases of malignant breast diseases (breast cancer), it is not used. 

• People with certain sugar absorption issues (e.g. galactose intolerance) due to lactose in the tablets. 

Possible side effects:

• Allergic reactions (skin rash, itching) 

• Mild digestive upset (nausea, stomach discomfort) 

• Slight weight gain, acne, headache have been reported in rare cases.
