Migräne-Kranit 500 mg is a German pain-relief medicine containing phenazone (phenazone/phenazon) 500 mg per tablet. It is used for the treatment of migraine headache, particularly during the acute phase, as well as mild to moderate pain.
Phenazone has analgesic and fever-reducing properties. Each pack contains 10 tablets and is supplied by HERMES Arzneimittel GmbH in Germany.

Directions for Use
Take the tablets with liquid, such as a glass of water.
For mild to moderate pain, ages 12–15: 1 tablet per dose, up to 2 tablets daily, with doses spaced 6–8 hours apart.
For mild to moderate pain, ages 15+ and adults: 1–2 tablets per dose, up to 8 tablets daily, with doses spaced 4–8 hours apart.
For migraine headache, ages 15+ and adults: 2 tablets per dose, up to 8 tablets daily, with doses spaced 4–8 hours apart.
Do not use for longer than 3–4 days without medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not intended for children under 12 years of age. The product should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding according to the German product information. People with certain blood disorders, porphyria, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, asthma, or sensitivity to pyrazolone-type pain relievers should consult a healthcare professional before use.
