Description
Milgamma® 300 mg by Wörwag Pharma is a German medicinal product containing a high-dose combination of benfotiamine, a lipid-soluble derivative of vitamin B1, and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Its official German indication is the treatment of neurological systemic disorders caused by a confirmed deficiency of vitamins B1 and B6.
Vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 are important for normal nerve function and cellular energy metabolism. Benfotiamine is a lipid-soluble vitamin B1 derivative used in Milgamma to improve the supply of vitamin B1 to nerve cells.
Each package contains 30 film-coated tablets.
Active Ingredients
Each film-coated tablet contains:
| Active Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Benfotiamine (lipid-soluble Vitamin B1 derivative) | 300 mg |
| Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) | 100 mg |
The 100 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride corresponds to approximately 82.27 mg pyridoxine.
Indication
Milgamma 300 mg is officially indicated for:
Neurological systemic diseases caused by a diagnosed deficiency of vitamins B1 and B6.
This distinction is important for the Shopify page: Milgamma 300 should not be presented as a general vitamin supplement or as a treatment for every type of neuropathy. Its medicinal indication specifically relates to neurological disease associated with confirmed B1/B6 deficiency.

How to Use
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults take 1 tablet once daily with sufficient liquid.
In acute cases, after consultation with a physician, the dosage may be increased to 1 tablet three times daily.
After no more than 4 weeks, a physician should determine whether the higher dosage remains necessary. If appropriate, the dose should be reduced to once daily to decrease the risk of neuropathy associated with prolonged high-dose vitamin B6 exposure.
Important Information
- This is a medicinal product, not a standard daily multivitamin.
- The product contains a high dose of vitamin B6.
- Long-term use of high doses of vitamin B6 can itself cause peripheral sensory neuropathy; prolonged treatment should therefore be medically supervised.

- Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not use if allergic to benfotiamine, pyridoxine hydrochloride, or another ingredient.
