Description:
Milgamma N is a complex neurotropic vitamin preparation containing benfotiamine (vitamin B1 derivative), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). These active ingredients support the normal function of the nervous system, improve nerve metabolism, and help regenerate damaged nerve tissues.

Indications:
Milgamma N is used for the treatment of inflammatory and painful nerve conditions, including:

• Diabetic and alcoholic polyneuropathy

• Neuralgias and neuritis

• Migraine

• Radiculopathies (painful nerve root syndromes)

• Scalene and shoulder-hand syndromes

• Shingles (herpes zoster)

• Facial nerve paralysis (paresis)

• Recovery after illness or surgery

• Geriatric nervous disorders

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults: Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, take 1 capsule 3–4 times daily.

• In mild cases or when response to treatment is good, 1–2 capsules per day may be sufficient.

• Capsules should be swallowed whole after meals with a small amount of liquid.

• If symptoms persist after 28 days, consult your doctor.

Warnings:

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding (high vitamin B6 content).

• Not suitable for children under 18 years (lack of clinical data).

• Do not use for longer than 6 months without medical advice — prolonged use may cause neuropathy.

• Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it increases vitamin B6 requirements.

• Contains sorbitol, glycerol, and soy lecithin — use with caution in individuals with intolerance to these components.
