Nasivin 0.05% solution contains oxymetazoline hydrochloride at 0.5 mg per mL.

It’s a topical nasal decongestant (vasoconstrictor) used to relieve nasal congestion from causes like colds, allergies, or rhinitis.

For adults and children aged 6 years and older:
Use 1‑2 drops (if using drops) in each nostril, 2‑3 times per day. -
If using spray: usually 1 spray per nostril 2‑3 times/day.

Duration: Should not be used for more than 7 consecutive days. Longer use risks rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa)
