• How to Use

  Some common methods of using natural lump propolis:

  • Chewing small piece (if clean, not too hard), for oral cavity health. 

  • Making tincture: crush a bit, soak in alcohol or water‑alcohol mix.

  • Ointments: mix with suitable base (wax, oil) for topical use (wounds, skin).
