Ingredients
Premixed Saline Packets:
- Sodium Chloride (USP)
- Sodium Bicarbonate (USP)
Kit Contents:
- 1 Sinus Rinse squeeze bottle
- 60 Premixed saline packets
Directions
- Wash hands thoroughly.
- Fill the bottle with distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water to the indicated line.
- Add one saline packet and cap the bottle.
- Gently shake until dissolved.
- Lean over a sink and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Gently squeeze the bottle, allowing the solution to flow through the nasal passages and exit through the opposite nostril.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Clean and air-dry the bottle after each use.

- Use only distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water.
- Do not use untreated tap water.
- For nasal use only.
- Clean the bottle after each use.
- Do not share the bottle with others.
