💊 Dosage & Administration (General Guidelines)

• 100 mg tablets should not be split (only the 300 mg tablet may be halved).

Typical adult starting dose (≥ 12 years, > 45 kg):

• 300 mg once daily (either 3 × 100 mg tablets or 1 × 300 mg tablet)

Dose adjustments:

• After 3 days → may increase to 450 mg/day

• Further increase to 600 mg/day may be considered based on response & tolerability
