Neuralgin is a fixed-combination analgesic medication containing acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) 250 mg, paracetamol 200 mg, and caffeine 50 mg per tablet. It is formulated to provide effective relief of mild to moderately severe pain and associated symptoms through the complementary actions of its components.

How It Works

• Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) has analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, helping reduce pain and inflammation.

• Paracetamol enhances pain relief and has antipyretic (fever-reducing) activity.

• Caffeine is a mild central nervous system stimulant that can boost the pain-relieving effects of aspirin and paracetamol and reduce fatigue.

Indications
Neuralgin is typically used for temporary relief of mild to moderate pain including:

• Headache, including tension-type and migraine pain

• Toothache

• Menstrual pain

• Muscle and joint discomfort
  This combination is established in clinical research as more effective for acute headache relief than the individual components alone.

Dosage & Administration
Adults and adolescents 14 years and older:

• Take 1–2 tablets orally, swallowed with water after meals.

• May be repeated every 4–8 hours if needed.

• Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Precautions & Safety
