Description
Otalgan Ear Drops are analgesic and local anesthetic ear drops used for the temporary relief of ear pain associated with inflammation of the external ear canal and acute middle ear inflammation when the eardrum is intact. The combination of phenazone and procaine hydrochloride helps soothe discomfort and reduce pain directly at the site of application.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients (per 1 g):
- Phenazone 50 mg
- Procaine Hydrochloride 10 mg (equivalent to 8.66 mg procaine)
Inactive Ingredients:
- Glycerol 939.9 mg
- Butylhydroxyanisole (E320) 0.1 mg
Directions
Warm the bottle in your hand before use.
Children up to 14 years:
- 2–3 drops in the affected ear, 3–4 times daily
Adults and adolescents 15 years and older:
- 5 drops in the affected ear, 3–4 times daily
After instillation, remain lying on your side for approximately 15 minutes to allow the drops to work effectively. Use only if the eardrum is intact.
