Local symptomatic treatment of certain painful conditions of the middle ear with closed eardrum:
- Acute congestive otitis media,
- Flu so-called phlyctenule otitis,
- Barotraumatic otitis.
It works well but needs higher dosages to be efficient, which means too expensive and causes more pain from bigger amount of injection. Still worth it since there are no alternatives
