OTRIVEN® SinuSpray with Menthol is a fast-acting nasal spray designed to relieve nasal congestion and swelling and help restore comfortable breathing. It contains xylometazoline hydrochloride, which works locally on the nasal mucosa to reduce swelling and open blocked nasal passages.

The refreshing menthol effect provides a cooling sensation and an immediate feeling of clarity. OTRIVEN® SinuSpray is commonly used during colds, allergic or vasomotor rhinitis, and to support sinus drainage in sinusitis. It may also help relieve pressure related to blocked Eustachian tubes during colds.
