Active Ingredient (per tea bag / per serving):

• Senna fruit – 1000 mg senna (equivalent to about 28 mg sennoside B) per 1 g serving/tea bag – a natural stimulant laxative.

Indications:

How to Prepare & Use:

1. Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag or 1 g of loose tea.

2. Cover and steep for about 10 minutes, then strain.

3. Drink the infusion once daily, preferably in the evening or before bedtime to support bowel activity the following morning.

Duration of Use:

Onset of Action:
