Remens® is a homeopathic oral liquid traditionally used in applicable markets for menstrual cycle disorders, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), painful menstruation, and menopausal symptoms. It is also used as part of complex therapy for certain inflammatory gynecological conditions. 

The 50 mL formula combines five homeopathic ingredients: Cimicifuga racemosa, Sanguinaria canadensis, Jaborandi, Sepia officinalis, and Lachesis mutus. The drops contain 43% ethanol by weight.

Directions for Use

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years: Take 10 drops 3 times daily for menstrual cycle disorders. A typical course is 3 months; if needed, the course may be repeated after a 1-month break. 
• For menopausal symptoms: take 10 drops 3 times daily for at least 6 months. After symptoms stabilize, the frequency may be reduced to 1–2 times daily. 
• Take diluted in a small amount of water.
• For best effect, take 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals and hold briefly in the mouth before swallowing. 
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding according to the cited labeling. 
• Because the drops contain alcohol, use caution in people with alcohol dependence, liver disease, or seizure disorders.
