Directions for Use
Adults and Children 12 Years and Older
- Take 1 sachet (10 mL) as needed, several times daily.
- Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours unless directed by a healthcare professional.
- Shake the sachet before opening.
- The gel may be taken directly without water.
- For best results, take between meals and at bedtime, or approximately 1–2 hours after meals if needed.
