RIOPAN® Magen Gel is a German antacid medicine containing magaldrate 1600 mg per 10 mL sachet. It is used for the symptomatic relief of heartburn and acid-related stomach discomfort and for the symptomatic treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers.
Magaldrate neutralizes excess stomach acid and is designed to act quickly while maintaining an acid-buffering effect over time. The gel comes in convenient single-dose 10 mL sachets, with 10 sachets per package.

Directions for Use
Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 1 sachet as needed, several times daily.
Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours, equivalent to 6400 mg magaldrate.
Knead or shake the sachet before opening so the gel is evenly distributed.
Take the contents directly from the sachet.
RIOPAN Magen Gel is intended for short-term symptomatic use.
If symptoms do not improve or become worse after 14 days, consult a healthcare professional.
Because antacids can affect absorption of other medicines, review the package leaflet or ask a pharmacist about appropriate spacing from other medications, especially if you take prescription drugs or have kidney disease.
