Sudafed PE Sinus Congestion Maximum Strength is a non-drowsy nasal decongestant formulated to provide temporary relief from sinus pressure, sinus congestion, and nasal congestion associated with the common cold, hay fever, and upper respiratory allergies. Each tablet contains phenylephrine HCl 10 mg to help reduce nasal swelling and improve breathing comfort.

Each tablet contains:
Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg
Purpose: Nasal Decongestant
How It Works
Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that helps temporarily reduce swelling of nasal passages, allowing easier airflow through the nose and helping relieve sinus pressure and congestion.
Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older:
Take 1 tablet every 4 hours as needed.
Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Children under 12 years:
Consult a healthcare professional before use.
Warnings
Do not use if taking a prescription MAOI medication or within 14 days of stopping one.
