What It Is
Tempalgin is a combined analgesic (pain-reliever) and antipyretic medication containing metamizole sodium (500 mg) and triacetonamine-4-toluenesulfonate (20 mg) in each film-coated tablet. It provides pain relief with an added calming component for mild to moderately severe pain and discomfort.

Uses & Indications
Traditionally used for short-term symptom relief of:
• Mild to moderate headache and migraine pain
• Toothache and pain associated with dental procedures
• Muscle, joint, nerve, and back pain (myalgia, arthralgia, neuralgia)
• Pain and fever associated with colds and flu
• Mild visceral pain (e.g., colic) when used with spasmolytics

Ingredients
• Metamizole sodium monohydrate 500 mg – analgesic and fever-reducing component
• Triacetonamine-4-toluenesulfonate 20 mg – adds calming/sedative support and enhances analgesic effects
• Excipients: wheat starch, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K25, talc, magnesium stearate, film-coating agents, colorants.

Dosing / How to Use
• Adults: Take 1 tablet orally 1–3 times per day, with water during or after meals.
• Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets (depending on product labeling and medical advice).
• For dental pain relief: 1 tablet may be taken approx. 30 minutes before the procedure.
• Short-term use only unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
• Not recommended for children under 15 years.
