Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Dissolve contents of 1 packet in 8 ounces (240 mL) of hot water.
• Stir until completely dissolved.
• Sip while warm.
• Take every 4 hours as needed.
• Do not exceed 5 packets in 24 hours.

Children under 12 years:

• Do not use.
