• In severe infections, dosing may be increased to every 3–4 hours until improvement is noticeable, then tapered as symptoms resolve.
• Avoid touching the tube tip to any surface to prevent contamination.

• Mild to moderate infection: ribbon to ocular sac 2–3 times daily
• Severe infection: ribbon every 3–4 hours until response improves, then less frequently.
