🧴 What is Traumeel S Drops (30 ml)

Traumeel S is a homeopathic / homotoxicological multi-component remedy made by Heel. The “drops” form is an oral solution. 

It includes diluted extracts of many plants and minerals such as Arnica montana, Calendula officinalis, Achillea millefolium, Atropa belladonna, Aconitum napellus, Hamamelis virginiana, and others. 

✅ What It's Used For

Traumeel S drops are generally used for relief or support of symptoms such as:

• Bruises, contusions, sprains, muscle strains 

• Swelling of soft tissues, hematomas, post-traumatic edema

• Degenerative/inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions (like arthrosis, bursitis, etc.) 

• Occasionally used in oral mucositis (for example during chemotherapy / radiotherapy)

📋 How to Use It (Typical Dosage)

For a 30 ml bottle of oral drops:

• Adults and children over ~11-12 years: 10 drops orally, 3 times per day. Hold in the mouth 10-15 seconds before swallowing.

• For swelling of soft tissues or in more acute situations: up to 30 drops 3 times daily. 

• Duration: at least 2 weeks for trauma (e.g. sprains/contusions), or 3-4 weeks or more for inflammatory or degenerative conditions. 

⚠️ Side Effects, Warnings & Precautions

• Allergic (hypersensitivity) reactions are rare but possible: skin rash, itching, swelling. 

• Possible side effects: increased salivation, dizziness in rare cases. 

• Avoid in known allergies to any of the components (e.g. plants in the Asteraceae / Compositae family like chamomile, yarrow)

• Pregnancy / breastfeeding: only under medical guidance.
