Traumeel® S Drops are a multi-component homeopathic (homotoxicological) oral solution by Heel, formulated to support the body during soft tissue injuries, swelling, and musculoskeletal discomfort. The drops contain diluted extracts of well-known plant and mineral components, traditionally used in integrative care approaches.

The oral drops format allows flexible dosing and is commonly used as part of supportive care for bruises, sprains, strains, post-traumatic swelling, and certain degenerative or inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions. In some integrative settings, it is also used for oral mucosal irritation.
