Directions for Use

Typical adult use:

• Empty the entire contents of 1 sachet into approximately ½ cup (120 mL) of cold or room-temperature water.
• Stir until completely dissolved.
• Drink immediately after preparation.
• Usually taken as a single dose.
• Preferably take on an empty stomach, ideally before bedtime after emptying the bladder, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Do not dissolve the granules in hot water.
