What it is

• Combination nasal drops for relief of nasal congestion and runny nose.

• Active ingredients:

  • Phenylephrine 2.5 mg/ml – decongestant (shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nose).

  • Dimetindene maleate 0.25 mg/ml – antihistamine (reduces allergic symptoms).

What it’s used for

• Blocked or runny nose due to:

  • Common cold

  • Allergic rhinitis (hay fever, dust, animal dander, etc.)

  • Vasomotor rhinitis (chronic non-allergic congestion)

  • Sinusitis (acute and chronic)

• Helps relieve nasal swelling before or after ENT surgery.

How to use

• Adults & children ≥ 12 years: 3–4 drops in each nostril, up to 3–4 times daily.

• Children 6–12 years: 3–4 drops in each nostril, 3–4 times daily.

• Children 1–6 years: 1–2 drops per nostril, 3–4 times daily.

• Under 1 year: Only under medical advice.

Important: Do not use for longer than 7 days in a row without consulting a doctor.
