Vicks DayQuil® Severe Cold & Flu is a maximum-strength, non-drowsy daytime formula designed to relieve multiple cold and flu symptoms. It helps manage cough, chest congestion, nasal congestion, sinus pressure, sore throat, headache, fever, and minor body aches so you can stay active throughout the day.

Indications

Temporarily relieves:

• Minor aches and pains

Provides relief for up to 9 common cold and flu symptoms.

Active Ingredients

Per 30 mL dose:

• Acetaminophen 650 mg – Pain Reliever / Fever Reducer
• Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg – Cough Suppressant
• Guaifenesin 400 mg – Expectorant
• Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg – Nasal Decongestant

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Take 30 mL every 4 hours as needed.
• Use only the enclosed dosing cup.
• Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

Children 6 to under 12 years:

• Take 15 mL every 4 hours.

Children under 6 years:

• Do not use unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

• Contains acetaminophen.
• Severe liver damage may occur if more than the recommended dose is taken.
• Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen.
• Do not use with other cough, cold, or decongestant products unless advised by a healthcare professional.
