Xyzal Oral Drops contain levocetirizine dihydrochloride, a second-generation antihistamine used for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis, including seasonal and perennial allergies, and chronic urticaria (hives). The convenient oral drop formulation allows for precise dosing and provides 24-hour allergy relief with a low risk of sedation compared to first-generation antihistamines.

Active Ingredient

Each mL contains:

• Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg

Pharmacological Class: Antihistamine (H1-receptor antagonist)

• Methyl parahydroxybenzoate

Directions

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older:

• 20 drops (5 mg) once daily, preferably in the evening.

Children 6–11 years:

• 10 drops (2.5 mg) once daily.

Children 2–5 years:

• Use only as directed by a healthcare professional.

Can be taken with or without food. Follow healthcare provider recommendations for pediatric dosing.
