Description

Zeel is a homeopathic combination injectable indicated for the temporary relief of mild to moderate osteoarthritis/arthrosis symptoms, including joint pain, stiffness, and inflammation. It’s also used for rheumatic joint conditions, often in combination with Traumeel Injection Solution for degenerative musculoskeletal issues.

It consists of botanical, mineral, and animal-derived ingredients, including—but not limited to—Arnica montana, Rhus toxicodendron, comfrey (Symphytum), sulfur, sanguinaria, porcine cartilage, placenta, α-lipoic acid, coenzyme A, and NAD-related compounds.

Adults (12 years and older):

  • Acute use: 1 ampule daily, then transition to

  • Maintenance: 1 ampule 1–3 times per week 

Children (6–11 years):

  • Acute use: 2/3 of an ampule daily,

  • Maintenance: 2/3 of an ampule 1–3 times per week 

General Administration:

  • Routes: Intradermal (i.d.), subcutaneous (s.c.), intramuscular (i.m.), peri-articular, intra-articular (under aseptic conditions), or intravenous (i.v.), depending on the setting and practitioner preference.

  • It may be mixed 1:1 with lidocaine if co-administered with a local anesthetic; always inspect for particulate matter or discoloration before use.

Duration Limit:

  • Adults: No more than 10 consecutive days.

  • Children: No more than 5 consecutive days.

  • If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms (e.g., redness, swelling) arise, medical evaluation is advised.
