• Arnica montana D2: 0.03 g

• Solanum dulcamara D2: 0.0075 g

• Sanguinaria canadensis D2: 0.0225 g

• Sulfur D6: 0.027 g
  Other components include ethanol 94%, purified water, emulsifying cetylstearyl alcohol (Type A), thick paraffin, and white vaseline/petrolatum

From the official / distributer materials:

• For adults, elderly, and children 12 years and above: apply a thick layer of the cream to the affected area twice daily (morning and evening), and gently massage into the skin. 

• If needed, can be applied up to 4 times daily (per some instructions)

• Example: over a joint (e.g. knee), a 4–5 cm length of cream may be massaged into the skin in the morning and evening. 

• Do not use on broken skin, wounds, mucous membranes, or in contact with eyes. 

• Avoid in people allergic to Rhus toxicodendron, Arnica montana, or plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family. The cream is intended for dermal / external application only.
