Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older:
Take 2 capsules at bedtime.
Do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours.
Children under 12 years:
Do not use.
Take with a full glass of water.
Do not take longer than 10 consecutive nights unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings
May cause marked drowsiness.

Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine.
