Bacitracin Antibiotic Ointment is a topical first aid antibiotic used to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. Formulated with bacitracin zinc, this skin protectant creates a protective barrier over the affected area while helping guard against bacterial contamination. Ideal for home first aid kits, travel kits, workplaces, and everyday wound care.

Indications

• Helps prevent infection in:
  • Minor cuts
  • Minor scrapes
  • Minor burns

• Minor skin injuries
• Protection of damaged skin during healing

Active Ingredient

• Bacitracin Zinc 500 Units per gram

Inactive Ingredients

Directions

• Clean the affected area thoroughly.
• Apply a small amount (equal to the surface area of the fingertip) to the affected area 1 to 3 times daily.
• Cover with a sterile bandage if desired.
• Use only as directed.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• Do not use if you are allergic to bacitracin or any of the ingredients.
• Do not use in the eyes.
• Do not apply over large areas of the body.
• Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if:
  • Condition worsens
  • Symptoms persist for more than 7 days
  • Rash or allergic reaction develops
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, seek medical assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
