Children’s ZYRTEC® Allergy Syrup provides 24-hour relief from indoor and outdoor allergy symptoms in children ages 2 years and older. The liquid grape-flavored formula contains cetirizine HCl, a long-lasting antihistamine that helps relieve sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat or nose, and itchy, watery eyes caused by seasonal and year-round allergies. The easy-to-measure liquid format is ideal for younger children who cannot swallow tablets.

Directions

Children 2 to under 6 years:

• 2.5 mL once daily.
• If needed, may increase to 5 mL once daily or 2.5 mL every 12 hours.
• Maximum: 5 mL in 24 hours.

Children 6 years and older:

• 5 mL or 10 mL once daily depending on symptom severity.
• Maximum: 10 mL in 24 hours.

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• 10 mL once daily.

Use only the enclosed measuring cup.

Warnings

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Drowsiness may occur in some individuals.
