Doregrippin is a German combination cold and flu medicine containing paracetamol 500 mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg per film-coated tablet. It is intended for the short-term relief of cold and flu symptoms associated with fever, headache, body aches, runny nose, and nasal congestion.
Paracetamol provides pain-relieving and fever-reducing effects, while phenylephrine acts as a nasal decongestant to help reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa. Each package contains 20 film-coated tablets.

Directions for Use
Take the tablets whole with a small amount of liquid.
Adults and adolescents over 14 years: Take 1–2 tablets as needed, up to 3 times daily.
Children 11–14 years: Take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily.
Taking the tablets after meals may delay the onset of action.
Do not use for longer than 3 days without medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
