GeloBronchial Saft is a German herbal cough syrup containing thyme fluid extract. It is used for respiratory colds with thick, difficult-to-clear mucus and to help relieve symptoms associated with acute bronchitis. Thyme preparations are traditionally used to support expectoration and help loosen bronchial secretions.
The syrup can be taken directly or mixed into a warm drink such as tea or water. Each bottle contains 200 mL.

Directions for Use
Use according to the package leaflet or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Children 4–12 years: Take 4.5 mL three times daily.
Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 15 mL three times daily.
May be taken undiluted or as a warm drink mixed with tea or water.
May be taken independently of meals.
Do not use for longer than 1 week without medical advice.
Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms worsen or if shortness of breath, fever, purulent sputum, or bloody sputum develops.
