Действующее вещество препарата, симетикон, вызывает разрыв пузырьков газа, содержащихся в пищевых массах и желудочно-кишечной слизи. The product you ordered is Milgamma N Injection – 2 ml Vials, 5 ct, which is exactly 5 original ampoules. The manufacturer packages this medication in a larger original box containing 25 ampoules (5 blisters of 5 ampoules each).
Since you ordered 5 ampoules, we shipped one original manufacturer blister containing 5 ampoules, rather than the full manufacturer’s box of 25 ampoules.
The medication is 100% original, unopened, and supplied directly from the manufacturer’s original packaging.
If you prefer to receive the complete manufacturer’s box in the future, you would need to order the 25-ampoule package.

Great supplement! I use it several months, no side effects, it helping well with diarrhea, taking it two times a day with food. It is my saver until gastroenterologist trying to find the reason of my issue.
