Warnings

• Do not use if allergic to nimesulide or other NSAIDs.
• Do not use if you have active stomach or intestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver disease, severe kidney impairment, severe heart failure, or a history of liver injury associated with nimesulide.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.
• Avoid alcohol and the concurrent use of other NSAIDs during treatment.
• Possible side effects include stomach pain, nausea, heartburn, dizziness, diarrhea, or allergic reactions.
• Rare but serious liver reactions have been reported. Stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical attention if symptoms such as loss of appetite, persistent nausea, vomiting, unusual fatigue, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes occur.
• Keep out of reach of children.
