• Rare but serious blood disorders, including agranulocytosis, have been reported with metamizole. Seek immediate medical attention if you develop fever, sore throat, mouth ulcers, or signs of infection during treatment.
• Possible side effects include dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, allergic reactions, or low blood pressure.
• Keep out of reach of children.
