For latent iron deficiency (prevention):

• Children under 1 year: 15–25 mg/day (≈ 6–10 drops)
• Children 1–12 years: 25–50 mg/day (≈ 10–20 drops)
• Adolescents & adults: 50–100 mg/day (≈ 20–40 drops)
• Pregnant women: ~100 mg/day (≈ 40 drops)

Administration

• Take during or immediately after meals.
• Drops may be mixed with juice or formula.
