Directions

For Constipation

Adults and Children 12 Years and Older

• Take 2–4 tablespoonfuls (30–60 mL) daily.

Children 6–11 Years

• Take 1–2 tablespoonfuls (15–30 mL) daily.

Children Under 6 Years

• Consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Shake well before use.
• Drink a full glass of water with each dose.
• Dose may be taken once daily, preferably at bedtime, or in divided doses.

Warnings

• Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have kidney disease.
• Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks.
• Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if rectal bleeding occurs or if you do not have a bowel movement after use.
• Do not use for more than 1 week unless directed by a healthcare professional.
