Thomapyrin Tension Duo is a German pain-relief medicine containing a combination of ibuprofen 400 mg and caffeine 100 mg per film-coated tablet. It is intended for the short-term symptomatic treatment of acute moderate pain, including headaches and dental pain, in adults.
Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce pain and inflammation, while caffeine acts as a stimulant and is included to support the analgesic effect of ibuprofen. The product is intended for short-term use only.

Directions for Use
Use exactly as directed in the package leaflet or by a healthcare professional.
Adults: Take 1 tablet as the initial dose.
If needed, another tablet may be taken, with at least 6 hours between doses.
Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours, equivalent to 1,200 mg ibuprofen and 300 mg caffeine.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
People with a sensitive stomach are advised to take the tablet with food.
Do not use for longer than 3 days without medical advice.
This product is not intended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
Avoid excessive intake of caffeine-containing products such as coffee, tea, energy drinks, or other caffeine-containing medicines while using this product.
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest period necessary. Do not combine with other ibuprofen-containing or NSAID medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.
