Directions
Wash hands thoroughly.
Fill the bottle with lukewarm distilled, sterile, or previously boiled water.
Add one saline sachet and dissolve completely.
Lean over a sink and gently squeeze solution into one nostril.
Allow the solution to flow through the nasal passages and exit through the opposite nostril.
Repeat on the other side.
Clean bottle after each use.
