Directions for Use

The dose is based on the child’s body weight. Do not exceed 5 mg dimenhydrinate per kg of body weight within 24 hours.

• Over 8 kg to 16 kg: Insert 1 suppository once daily. Maximum: 40 mg per day.
• Over 16 kg to 24 kg: Insert 1 suppository up to 2 times daily. Maximum: 80 mg per day.
• Over 24 kg to 36 kg: Insert 1 suppository 2–3 times daily. Maximum: 80–120 mg per day.
• Insert the suppository rectally.
• Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
• Use for the shortest period necessary.
• If symptoms do not improve or worsen, consult a healthcare professional.

Important: Overdose with dimenhydrinate can be particularly dangerous in young children. Follow weight-based dosing carefully.
