Myrrhinil-Intest® is a traditional herbal medicinal product formulated to support the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with non-specific diarrhea, mild abdominal cramps, and bloating. Its unique combination of myrrh, coffee charcoal, and chamomile extract works synergistically to help stabilize the intestinal barrier, soothe intestinal inflammation, absorb unwanted substances, and support normal digestive function. The product has been used in Germany for more than 60 years and is intended for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older.

Active Ingredients

Each coated tablet contains:

• Myrrh (Myrrha) – 100 mg
• Coffee Charcoal – 50 mg
• Chamomile Flower Dry Extract (Matricaria recutita) – 70 mg (DER 4–6:1; extraction solvent: 60% ethanol)

Directions

Adults and adolescents (12 years and older):

• Take 4 coated tablets 3 times daily before meals.
• Swallow whole with a full glass of water.
• Maintain adequate fluid and electrolyte intake during episodes of diarrhea.
• Continue treatment until stools return to normal. If symptoms persist for more than 2 days, or if fever, blood in the stool, or severe abdominal pain develops, seek medical attention.
