Foster & Thrive Pinworm Treatment is an over-the-counter oral suspension containing pyrantel pamoate 144 mg/mL, equivalent to 50 mg of pyrantel base per mL. It is indicated for the treatment of pinworm infections in adults and children 2 years of age and older. 

The product is taken as a single weight-based dose and includes a measuring cup for accurate administration. It may be taken at any time of day, with or without food, and may also be mixed with milk or fruit juice.

Directions for Use

Shake well before use. Take as a single dose according to body weight:

• Take one time as a single dose.
• Do not repeat treatment unless directed by a doctor.
• May be taken with or without meals.
• May be taken alone or mixed with milk or fruit juice.
• A laxative is not required before, during, or after treatment.
• The label advises treating the entire household unless otherwise advised, because pinworms spread easily between household members. 
• Ask a doctor before use if pregnant, nursing, or if you have liver disease.
