Septanasal® is a combination nasal spray containing Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 1 mg/mL (0.1%) and Dexpanthenol 50 mg/mL (5%). It provides fast relief from nasal congestion while simultaneously helping to protect and support the healing of irritated nasal mucosa. The dual-action formula is commonly used for colds, rhinitis, nasal irritation, and recovery after nasal procedures.

Directions
Adults and Adolescents Over 12 Years
- Spray 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily as needed.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Warnings
- For nasal use only.
- Do not use if you have rhinitis sicca (dry crusting inflammation of the nose).
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have:
- High blood pressure
- Heart disease
- Glaucoma
- Diabetes
- Thyroid disorders
- Enlarged prostate
- Overuse may cause rebound congestion.
- Keep out of reach of children.
