Sinupret® eXtract is a German herbal medicine used for acute, uncomplicated inflammation of the paranasal sinuses (acute rhinosinusitis) with symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, sinus pressure, headache, and facial pain or pressure.

It contains a concentrated dry extract from five medicinal plants: gentian root, primrose flowers, sorrel herb, elder flowers, and verbena herb. The extract formulation is designed for adults and adolescents 12 years and older.

Directions for Use

• Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily.
• Take in the morning, midday, and evening.
• Swallow whole with a small amount of liquid, such as a glass of water.
• May be taken with or without food.
• If you have a sensitive stomach, take after meals.
• Recommended treatment duration is generally 7–14 days.
• Not intended for children under 12 years.
• Do not use if you currently have a stomach or duodenal ulcer.
• Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist, worsen, or recur frequently.
