SOVENTOL® Gel is a German pharmacy antihistamine gel specially formulated to quickly relieve itching, redness, swelling, and discomfort caused by insect bites and mild allergic skin reactions. The gel contains Bamipin Lactate, a topical antihistamine that begins working rapidly and provides long-lasting relief.

Its cooling, non-greasy formula is easy to apply and suitable for the whole family, including young children. The pleasant cooling effect helps reduce the urge to scratch, minimizing further skin irritation and potential skin damage.

Active Ingredient

Per 1 g Gel:

• Bamipin Lactate – 20 mg
  (equivalent to approximately 15.14 mg Bamipin)

Bamipin is a topical antihistamine that counteracts histamine-mediated itching and allergic skin reactions.

Full Ingredients

• Purified Water
• Hypromellose
• Poly(oxyethylene)-6-glycerol (mono/di) alkanoate (C8–C10)
• Propylene Glycol
• Bamipin Lactate 20 mg/g.

Directions for Use

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area several times daily.

If necessary, the gel may be applied every 30 minutes until symptoms improve. The gel can be gently massaged into the skin if tolerated.

Indications

SOVENTOL® Gel is indicated for temporary relief of:

• Mosquito bites
• Bee and wasp stings
• Mild allergic skin reactions
• Itching and localized swelling caused by insect bites.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• Do not apply to eyes, mucous membranes, or large damaged skin areas.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Seek medical attention if insect bites are accompanied by severe swelling, breathing difficulties, or signs of infection.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store at room temperature and protect from excessive heat.
