Directions

Adults and Children 12 Years and Older

• Take 15–45 mL (1–3 tablespoons) daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Children Under 12 Years

• Consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Take preferably at bedtime.
• Do not take within 2 hours of meals, medications, or vitamin supplements.

Warnings

• For short-term use only.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.
• Do not take while lying down.
• Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks.
