At the first signs of a cold:
Spray 2–3 times into each nostril, breathing normally during application. Do not tilt the head backward.
Allow at least 4 hours between applications.
Do not use more than 4 times per day.
For best results, the German instructions recommend continuing use for 48 hours after symptoms have subsided.
