    Description

    Enterofuryl 100 mg – 30 Capsules

    (Энтерофурил 100 мг, 30 капсул)

    What It Is
Enterofuryl is a prescription-strength antimicrobial agent whose active ingredient is nifuroxazide, a nitrofuran derivative developed to act locally in the intestinal tract. It is used to help manage acute infectious diarrhea by targeting harmful bacteria in the gut.

    Uses & Indications
Enterofuryl is traditionally used to help provide:
Symptomatic relief of acute infectious diarrhea and loose stools caused by enteric pathogens (bacterial origin)
Reduction of stool frequency and urgency in acute intestinal infections
    • Support for normal bowel function during acute gut dysbiosis
Because it works locally in the gut and is poorly absorbed systemically, it is often chosen when bacterial causes of diarrhea are suspected or confirmed.

    Ingredients
Nifuroxazide 100 mg — active antibacterial agent.
    • Inactive excipients typical for capsule formulations.

    Dosing / How to Use
Adults: Typically 1 capsule 4 times daily (every 6 hours) with water, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Children (if approved and age-authorized in your region): Dosing adjusted by weight/age — follow doctor’s recommendations.
    • Take with meals for better tolerability.
    • Complete the full prescribed course, even if symptoms improve early.
    • If diarrhea persists more than 2–3 days, or is accompanied by fever or blood in stools, consult a healthcare professional.
