Directions for Use

Aromatherapy / Diffuser

Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser to freshen indoor spaces and create a spa-like atmosphere.

Steam Inhalation

Add 1–2 drops to hot water and inhale the vapors carefully.

Massage

Dilute with a carrier oil before topical use:

• Adults: approximately 1–2 drops per teaspoon (5 mL) carrier oil

Home Use

May be added to room sprays or used to freshen linens and sauna spaces.
