Directions

Adults:

• Mix 1 sachet (5.5 g) into approximately 200 mL (7 oz) of still water, juice, or another beverage.
• Stir well and drink immediately.
• Follow with an additional glass of water.
• Take 3 times daily, preferably before or during meals.
• Drink at least 1.5 liters (about 50 oz) of fluids daily while using this product.
