No-Spa® injectable solution contains drotaverine hydrochloride, a well-established smooth-muscle antispasmodic. It is used to help relieve spasms, cramping pain, and tension in smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, biliary system, urinary tract, and gynecological organs.

The injectable form allows for rapid onset of action, making it especially useful in acute or severe spasm-related pain when oral administration is not suitable.

Indications for Use:

Used for pain and discomfort associated with smooth-muscle spasms, including:

• Abdominal and gastrointestinal spasms
• Biliary colic and gallbladder spasms
• Renal colic (kidney spasms)
• Urinary tract spasms and cystitis-related pain
• Gynecological cramping and menstrual pain
• Post-operative spasm relief (as directed by a healthcare professional)

Active Ingredient:

• Drotaverine Hydrochloride – 20 mg/ml
• Each ampule: 2 ml (40 mg)

Administration:

For intramuscular (IM) or intravenous (IV) use.

Administration must be performed only by a qualified healthcare professional.

• IM: 40–80 mg, 1–3 times daily
